We had a client contact us in need of preparing an apartment for short term rentals that was in need of more than just a few upgrades. Acting as the project manager, we took over the renovation job and hired all of the trade and finishing work to get this apartment up to date and ready for someone to live.
Some of the upgrades included framing & drywall, flooring, paint, electrical, tiles, plumbing, glass finishes as well as the creation of a new kitchen, patio and deck.
